Mayur Masala

Mayur Masala is located in Vaisa Nagar, right near the MIDC Industrial Estate. We are on the Factory Road, so as you can imagine, it is a very industrial part of town. There are factories all around us making all sorts of things. Our place is one of those functional buildings that looks like everything else on the street. It is not about the looks here, it is about getting the work done. We spend our days dealing with the spices and the smells are quite strong inside the building. The road outside is paved but has a few potholes from the heavy trucks that pass by every hour. We have been in Vaisa Nagar for a while now and we know the other business owners on Factory Road. It is a hardworking neighborhood. Inside, we have our grinders and packing area. It is noisy when the machines are running, so we usually have to shout to be heard. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us, the machines, and the masala. We take our lunches together in the small break area. The heat can be quite a lot in the summer, but we have some big fans to keep the air moving. It is just a regular local business doing what we know how to do.
