Marsman India Limited

Plot No.N-16 in the Ambad M.I.D.C. area is where you will find us. We are right across from Namco Bank. It’s a busy spot with trucks coming in and out all the time. Marsman India Limited has been operating from this plot for quite a while now. The workshop floor is usually covered in metal shavings and there is always someone welding or grinding something. It’s not a quiet place. We don't have a fancy lobby with chairs. Usually, if someone comes to see us, we just talk in the middle of the shop or near the main gate. The heat can get a bit much in the summer, but we keep the big fans going. Our staff is mostly local people who know their way around a machine. We don't spend money on fancy uniforms. We just wear what is comfortable for a long day of physical work. There’s a lot of grease involved. We try to keep the spare parts organized on the heavy racks, but things get moved around when we are in a hurry. You can hear the sounds from the neighboring factories all day long. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of the industrial estate. Most days start with a quick chat about what needs to be shipped out. We don't have big meetings. We just get to it. It’s a simple way of working, but it’s what we know best. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
