We are based in Nashik, right behind the Kalika Mandir on Old Agra Road. It’s a nice enough spot, though the traffic can get a bit heavy during the festival times because of the temple nearby. Our office is actually in Flat No 11 of the Hariniwas Co-op Society. It’s a residential building, so it feels very much like a home environment rather than a cold office. We’ve got our desks set up in the main rooms, and there’s always a bit of chatter coming from the neighbors or the street below. We’ve been here for a while and the people in the society are used to us by now. Working from a flat means we don’t have a big sign out front or a fancy lobby, but it suits us just fine. We can step out and grab some local snacks easily, and everything we need is within walking distance. Nashik is a bit slower than the big cities, and we like that pace. It allows us to actually think about what we are doing without the constant rush. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is good for a bit of exercise I suppose. We just keep things simple and try to get our work done without making too much of a fuss. It’s a quiet life here at Hariniwas.
