If you know the Rajsarathi Co-Op Housing Society in Indiranagar, then you know exactly where we are located. Our spot here at C-3/3 is just a regular part of the neighborhood. Being Mahindra Mahindra Ltd in a place like Nasik means we see a lot of people coming through for different things. The morning starts with the sound of the gates opening and the smell of chai from the stall down the street. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It feels more like a workshop where things actually get done. We spend a lot of time talking to the folks who live in the society and the ones passing by on their way to work. Sometimes the rain in Nasik makes the roads a bit muddy, but we just wipe our boots and keep moving. We’ve got a lot of tools and parts scattered around, but we know where everything is. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes, but it works for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest place in town. We just want to make sure the work we do is solid and that we stay on good terms with the people around us. Most days are just about fixing what’s broken and making sure everything runs the way it’s supposed to. It's honest work and we've been at it for a good long while now.
