Our logistics department for Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd is located at Rukhmini-Sadan in Nasik. We are right near the Kalika Mandir on the Old Mumbai-Agra Road. It is a very familiar landmark for anyone living around here. The road is always busy with people heading towards the temple or traveling between cities. Rukhmini-Sadan isn't some new office park; it's a building that has been around for a bit. We like it because it feels like a real part of Nasik. We handle all the logistics stuff from here. It involves a lot of coordination and talking to different people all day long. The office can get quite loud with all the phones ringing. We don’t have any fancy posters on the walls about our vision or anything. We just have maps and schedules. Being on the Old Mumbai-Agra Road is convenient for us since we deal with transport. Sometimes the traffic outside is a nightmare, but we've gotten used to the noise. We are just a group of regular people doing our jobs. We take our tea breaks together and talk about the local news. There is no corporate polish here, just honest work. We do our best to keep things moving. If you pass by Kalika Mandir, you’re basically right at our doorstep. It’s a simple setup for a big name, but it works for us.
