Mahesh Hospital

Our location is pretty easy to describe if you know where Hotel Prakash is. We are just behind it at the 4th Square in Govindnagar. It’s a busy area, so there’s always something going on outside. The hospital has been here a good while. We see all sorts of things, from kids with scraped knees to older folks needing their blood pressure checked. The building is a bit of a mix of old and new sections. We’ve added bits here and there as we needed more space. It’s not the most stylish place, but it works for what we need. We keep the equipment clean and the doctors are usually around most of the day. Sometimes there is a wait, especially in the evenings when everyone gets off work. We don’t have a fancy computerized system for everything, so we still use a lot of paper and pens. It feels more personal that way. The staff knows most of the families in Govindnagar. We see people we know from the market or the bus stop coming in for help. We just try to do right by them. It’s a straightforward medical practice. No bells or whistles, just the usual hospital stuff. We have a small parking area that fills up fast, so most people just walk from the main road. The reception desk is just a simple wooden table with a ledger on it. We’ve got some posters on the wall about basic health.
