Even though our name has Pune in it, a lot of our current work keeps us here in the Nashik area. It is a more rural place where life moves at a different pace than in the big cities. Our office is just a plain building that we use to keep track of our construction projects. It is a place to store our tools, keep our papers, and have a quick tea. We do not have any large signs or fancy decorations out front. Most of the people in Patole already know who we are. We have been working from this location for quite a while. The area around us is mostly made up of open fields and other local houses. It is a good, practical spot for managing our different sites in the district. We are not interested in anything fancy. Our desks have seen better days and there is always a bit of dust coming in from the nearby construction sites. That is just how it goes in this business. We focus on getting things built and keeping our records as straight as possible. Most of our crew members are locals from the Sinnar area. We like the simple, local vibe of working here. We just keep our heads down and work through the list of jobs we need to finish each day.
