Our office is tucked into Madhura Towers right on Jail Road. It’s a busy part of Nashik Road, especially in the mornings when everyone is rushing around Virsavarkar Nagar. We’ve been operating out of this spot for some time now. Most of the time, you’ll find us sitting here with the fans going, trying to keep up with the phone calls. Jail Road always has something going on, so there’s plenty to look at out the window if things get quiet. We aren't a big operation with lots of staff, just a few of us making sure the cars are where they need to be. The building itself is easy to spot once you get into the 422101 area. We keep things pretty straightforward. There isn’t a lot of decoration on the walls, just some maps and maybe a calendar or two. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but that’s just part of being in this area. We usually have people coming in from the neighborhood asking about trips to Mumbai or just wanting to know about bus timings. It’s a practical place for us to work. We don’t try to make it look like something it’s not. It’s just an office in a tower where we get the job done. We like the local vibe here because you get to know the shopkeepers around Jail Road pretty well over the years.
