Out here in Nashik, Macawber Beekay Pvt.Ltd. is located at 8, Krishna Park in Rajiv Nagar. You’ll usually find Kishore S. Goud here most days. It’s a nice enough area, 422009. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. It’s just a regular building in a residential pocket. We like it because it’s not as chaotic as being in the middle of an industrial estate. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of wires. We try to keep things tidy, but it doesn't always stay that way when we’re busy. The commute isn't too bad for most of us, which is a big plus. We don't have any corporate branding on the walls or anything like that. It’s just a place where we come to work. Usually, the morning starts with checking emails and seeing what came in overnight. We take turns making tea for everyone. It’s a small team, so we’re more like a bunch of colleagues who just happen to work for the same company. We don’t have big meetings or long speeches. If we need to talk, we just shout across the room. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We just focus on getting the work done so we can go home to our families in the evening. Nashik has a good pace for this kind of work, and it’s nice being away from the mega-city noise.
