LAXTRONICS INSTRUMENTS & CONTROLS PVT LTD is based over here in K-16 in the Ambad part of Nasik. It’s a busy industrial area, always trucks moving and the sound of machines from the neighbors. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. Most days are just spent looking at instrument panels and checking controls. It gets dusty sometimes, but that’s just how it is in MIDC. We have a small team here. Someone is usually on the phone tracking a part, while others are at the back handling the actual units. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just desks, some tools, and a lot of technical manuals lying around. We start early in the morning before it gets too hot. By afternoon, the heat in Nasik can be a bit much, but we keep the fans going and stay busy. People stop by sometimes to ask about specific parts for their machines. We try to keep things organized but when things get busy, the workbench gets pretty cluttered with wires and components. It’s steady work. Nothing flashy, just keeping the instruments working so other plants can keep their lines moving. We have some tea in the afternoon, talk about the day’s work, and then get back to packing things up. It’s a regular life here in the industrial zone, just making sure the controls do what they are supposed to do day after day.
