Our workshop is located at Plot No. G-51 in the Ambad MIDC area. It’s an industrial neighborhood where everyone is pretty much doing the same thing—fixing things or making parts. We focus on machinery here. If you walk into our shop, you’re going to see a lot of metal scraps and tools scattered across the workbenches. It’s not the cleanest place in the world because of all the oil and grease we use, but it’s where the real work gets done. We spend most of our time hunched over machines, trying to figure out why something isn't spinning the way it should. Our team is small, just a few guys who have been working with lathes and drills for years. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the back with our sleeves rolled up. Sometimes we have to wait weeks for a specific part to arrive from a supplier, which can be frustrating for everyone. We take things as they come and try to get the repairs done so the machines can head back to whoever needs them. The noise from the neighboring factories is constant, but you stop noticing it after a while. It’s just a straightforward mechanical shop where we use our hands and our brains to keep things running. We go home tired and usually quite dirty.
