Kots Fashions

Our shop, Kots Fashions, is located at No. 94 Mohan Peer Lane, right inside Surana House. It’s a quiet enough spot but we stay plenty busy with our daily work. We don't have a large storefront with bright lights or big advertisements outside. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. Inside, it’s mostly just us working with fabrics and patterns. It’s not like those big fashion houses you see on TV. We are just regular people making clothes that folks can actually wear. The lane outside can be narrow, so parking is sometimes a bit of a hassle, but that’s just part of being in this neighborhood. We’ve been at this for a while now and have seen many styles come and go. We don't try to be too trendy or anything like that. We just focus on making things that fit right and look okay. The tables are usually covered in scraps of cloth and measuring tapes. It’s a bit messy during the day, but we clean up before we head home. I don't really have a long story about why I started this. I just needed a job and I liked working with my hands. Now, it’s just my everyday routine. We are simple people running a simple business in Surana House. If you’re looking for a fancy experience, this might not be it, but we get the job done. That is our way.
