Kiran B Nerkar & Associates is over at 4A Krishnaleela Apartment. You can find us on the Ambad Link Road in Pawan Nagar, which is part of the Kamatwade area in Nashik. A really easy way to spot the turn-off is to look for the New Padma Hotel, as we are right near there. Our office is inside the apartment building, so it’s got a bit of a lived-in, comfortable feel. It isn't a big glass tower or a sterile corporate suite. We have our work stations set up and plenty of room for all the paperwork we deal with. Ambad Link Road can get quite busy with all the trucks and local traffic, but once you’re inside Krishnaleela, it settles down a bit. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now. Most days are just spent at the desk, taking calls and sorting through files. The neighborhood has a lot of small shops and eateries, especially with the hotel nearby, so there’s always a place to grab a quick bite. We don’t go in for fancy talk or expensive office furniture. It’s just a practical space where we can focus on what needs to be done. Most people who come to see us are locals who know the Pawan Nagar area well. It’s a solid, no-nonsense location that works well for the kind of work we do every day. We usually keep the windows closed to block the noise, but the light is good.
