Our factory is located at C-21 in the Nice area of Satpur. It’s a pretty industrial part of Nashik. Jyoti Ceramic Industries Pvt.Ltd. has been around this neighborhood for a while. We deal with ceramics, mostly industrial stuff I guess you could say. The day starts early here because the kilns take a while to get to the right temperature. Nashik weather is usually okay, but inside the shed it gets pretty warm. We have a small team of workers who have been with us for years. They know the routine. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of employees, just a regular private limited company trying to do right by the people who buy from us. We get a lot of trucks coming in and out of Satpur, so it gets noisy. If you come by the office, it’s nothing special, just some desks and samples of what we make. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the paperwork piles up. Ceramics is a tricky business because things can break if you aren't careful. We’ve learned the hard way over the years. We just focus on making the items and getting them shipped out to wherever they need to go. It’s not flashy work, but it keeps us busy. We like being part of the Satpur industrial community. It’s a good place to be if you’re making things and working hard.
