Our place is Row House No.8 in the Pushparang Housing Society. It’s in Trimbak Nagar, right off Jai Bhawani Road in Nashik Road. Having an industry business in a housing society might seem a bit odd to some, but it works for us. It keeps things small and manageable. Jvs Comatsco Industries P Ltd isn't some giant factory with thousands of workers. It’s just a group of us working out of this row house. We handle a lot of technical stuff and industrial supplies. Most days involve a lot of checking lists and making sure the right boxes are going to the right people. Nashik is a nice area, and being near Jai Bhawani Road makes it easy for us to get around. We don't have a fancy sign or a big glass front. It’s just a regular door like any other house on the street. Inside, it’s all business, though. We’ve got shelves and desks squeezed into the rooms. We try to keep things quiet so we don't bother the neighbors too much. Sometimes it’s hard when we have deliveries coming in and out. We don't have any big slogans. We just try to get the orders right and keep the paperwork in order. It’s practical, everyday work that keeps the lights on. We like the local feel of being part of a real neighborhood while we do our business.
