You can find us at No-14 in the C Wing on the first floor. We are in Ashok Vihar, right on Xlo Corner Road in Ambad MIDC. It’s very close to Xlo Point, which is how most people find their way here. Being in an MIDC area means we are surrounded by all sorts of factories and workshops. We do adhesives. It’s sticky work, literally. Our floor is always a bit marked up from the stuff we make. We've been in this unit for quite a while now. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so moving heavy crates can be a bit of a chore. We don't have a big fancy lobby. You just walk straight into the workspace. It smells like glue and chemicals most of the time, but we don't mind it much anymore. We have a small team and we all pitch in where needed. If the floor needs sweeping, one of us does it. If a big order comes in, we all pack. There’s no corporate ladder here, just people doing their jobs. We have a few old fans that hum all day to keep the air moving. It’s a gritty, real place. We don't spend money on decor because it would just get dirty anyway. We just focus on getting the adhesive batches right and out the door on time. It's what we know how to do. Some days are harder than others, but we manage.
