You can find us at the Sanmitra Housing Society in Malegaon, which is located right behind the State Bank of India building. Being near the bank makes it much easier for people to give us directions when they need to drop something off. This part of the Nashik district is usually quite busy during the day. Our office isn't anything fancy; it’s just a regular unit in the society that we use for our construction business operations. Jmc Projects has a lot of different things going on in the area, so this serves as our local hub. We have a few desks, some chairs that aren't the most comfortable for long sits, and lots of paperwork stacked up in corners. Most days, the place is a bit of a mess with site plans and equipment lists scattered about, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical space where we can sit down and figure out the labor schedules. We aren't trying to win any awards for how our office looks to outsiders. We just want a place where the team can meet and talk about the current jobs without being interrupted. The neighbors in the housing society are mostly families, so we try not to be too loud when the trucks come by. It’s an honest, working environment for us. We drink a lot of tea and spend our time troubleshooting whatever issues come up on the sites. It’s not a polished corporate environment, just us doing our jobs.
