Our office is over in Nasik, specifically within the Symbiosis Institute of Operations Management area in New Cidco. Being located in Sector-A/23 gives us a bit of a different environment than a standard industrial site. It’s more of an academic and planned neighborhood in Maharashtra. You see a lot of students and young professionals around the Sravan Sector. The atmosphere is a bit more structured and clean compared to the heavy factory zones. We have a modest setup here where we handle various operations and planning tasks for the stainless steel business. The weather in Nasik is actually quite nice for a good part of the year, which makes the commute better. We don't have big machines or heavy loading docks at this specific address. It’s more about the logistics and the brains behind the movement. We share the neighborhood with schools and residential blocks, so we have to keep things relatively quiet. Our team is small, and we usually just stick to our routine of managing schedules and checking figures. There’s a local market nearby where we grab lunch. It doesn't feel like a high-pressure corporate environment. It feels more like a community-based office where the work gets done steadily. We like the balance of being in a city like Nasik while still being tied to the heavy industry of steel. It is a good place to spend our working hours.
