The building is a solid structure that has been part of this area for quite a while. Inside, things are kept very practical. We have different wards and a research area, but it all feels very lived-in and functional. There is no plush carpeting or marble statues here. It’s mostly just linoleum floors and sturdy metal bed frames. The nurses and the desk staff are always moving around, carrying clipboards or pushing carts with supplies. It can get a little loud during shift changes when everyone is talking at once, but otherwise, it’s just the usual sounds of a hospital. We have a small area where people can wait, and the chairs are the basic plastic kind that are easy to clean. The windows look out over the Nashik Road area, and you can see the local shops and the daily traffic going by. We spend a lot of our time making sure the records are accurate and that the rooms are ready for the next person. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, but it’s just what we do. We don't put on any acts; it’s just a place where medical work happens every single day of the week.
