Renaisance Pharmaceuticals

Nashik is a good place to be if you are in the medicine business. Renaisance Pharmaceuticals has been operating out here for some time now. It’s a bit quieter than Mumbai, which I think everyone who works here appreciates. The air is a bit cleaner, and the pace isn't quite so frantic. Our facility is where we put everything together. We spend most of our day on the floor or in the warehouse area. It’s a practical setup. We don't have fancy lobbies or anything like that because that's not where the value is. We just focus on the manufacturing side of things. Sometimes the monsoon rains get really heavy and we have to make sure the roof isn't leaking near the storage. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad compared to the big cities. We know each other pretty well since it’s a smaller team here. We deal with various tablets and liquids that go out to hospitals and chemists across the region. It’s straightforward work. You come in, do your shift, and make sure the quality is what it should be. The machinery needs regular maintenance, so there's always someone with a wrench or a clipboard walking around. It’s not glamorous, but it’s an important job. We like being part of the Nashik community. It’s just a regular pharmaceutical plant doing what it needs to do every day to keep things running. It's a solid place to work.
