Innova Rubbers, Ambad, Nasik.

Innova Rubbers is based out of Nasik in the Ambad area. It is a bit unusual because we are actually located in a residential flat. Specifically we are at Flat No.03 and we are care of Bhaskar Kaloge. Running a rubber business from a flat in Maharashtra 422008 is definitely a bit different than having a big factory floor but we make it work for our needs. Most of our day is spent on the phone or handling orders on the computer. Since it is a flat it feels more like a home than a cold office. We have a kitchen where we make our own lunches and a small balcony. Ambad is a busy industrial and residential mix so there is always something going on outside. We have samples of different rubber products tucked away in corners and in some of the cupboards. It is a bit crowded sometimes especially when we get new stock or paperwork piles up. People who come to visit us are often surprised it is just a flat but they get used to it quickly. We don't have a big staff just a few of us who have been doing this for a long time. We know the Nasik area well and we like being here. It is just a small local operation trying to keep things moving without any of the big corporate overhead. We focus on the orders and making sure everything is shipped out on time.
