Hydrotek is located in Gali No.-1 at Shri Residency. We’re right across from the State Bank of India and not too far from the Raje Sambhaji Stadium in Ashwin Nagar, Cidco. It’s a pretty easy spot to point out to people who are looking for us. We’ve got a basic setup here. It’s not a showroom or anything like that, just a place where we get our work done and handle the technical side of things. Most of the day is spent looking at parts or talking to customers about what they need fixed or installed. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy letters. It's just us. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with tools or samples lying around, but that’s because we’re actually working. The stadium nearby means it gets crowded during events, but otherwise, it’s a standard neighborhood. We’ve been in this part of Cidco for a while and know the local suppliers. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just look at the job and tell you what it’s going to take to get it done. It’s honest work and we like it that way. If the shop door is open, someone is usually there to talk. We don't have complicated systems, just a notebook and some patience to get things right for everyone.
