Our building is a research center and a hospital too. It is a big place but it does not feel cold or corporate. We have a lot of history here on this road. Most of us who work here know the area like the back of our hand. Nashik is a good city, and being on Hpt College Road puts us in a spot that is easy for everyone to reach. We do not spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. The focus is always on what is happening inside with the patients and the research work. It gets busy, especially in the mornings. Sometimes the street outside is a bit of a mess with parking, but we manage. We have got a mix of old and new staff, and we all just get along and do our thing. It is a practical place to work. No one here is trying to be something they aren't. We just run the hospital and the research side of things as best as we can. It has been our home for years and we are just part of the local scene.
