Over at E-30 in the MIDC Area of Satpur, you will find Hindustan Fastners Pvt. Ltd. We have been in this spot for years now. We make a lot of bolts, nuts, and other small parts that hold things together. The machines run pretty much non-stop. It’s a constant clicking and whirring sound inside the building. The floor is always a bit oily, which is just part of making fasteners. We have boxes stacked up everywhere waiting to be shipped out to customers. Satpur is a busy industrial zone, so there's always something going on outside our doors. We don't spend money on fancy signs or a reception area. Most of our customers know exactly where we are at E-30. We just use the space we have to get the production done. The office is mostly for paperwork and drinking coffee between shifts. We have a small team of people who have been here a long time. They know the machines better than anyone. We don't try to be anything we're not. We just make fasteners. It’s not a glamorous job, but it's important work for the industries we serve. We take the orders as they come and try to keep up with the demand. That is pretty much the whole story of how we run things here. We just keep the machines turning and the parts moving out.
