Himgiriyog Foundation

Our place is at Shop No C 217 in the Roongta Central Park apartments. If you are in Nashik, you probably know the area. We are Himgiriyog Foundation. We aren't a big flashy gym or a corporate wellness center. It’s just a shop where we gather to focus on yoga and staying healthy in a simple way. Nashik has a good atmosphere for this kind of thing, and we like being part of the local scene here. The shop isn't huge, but we make it work. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when we have several people over, but that’s part of the charm. We don't have a team of marketing experts or a fancy website. Most of our members are just people from the Roongta complex or the nearby streets who stopped in one day to see what we were doing. We focus on the basics. We don't use a lot of complicated jargon or try to sell people on big promises. It’s just about moving a bit more and feeling a bit better. We keep our hours pretty flexible and try to be here when people need us. It’s a very down-to-earth operation. We do our own cleaning and set up the mats ourselves. It’s just us, a small space in Nashik, and a lot of regular folks trying to stay active. We like it simple and honest, without all the extra stuff you see in big cities.
