Nashik is a big place, but this little corner is where we do everything. It’s a practical space. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. Mostly just calendars and some charts we need for the day. The building is solid and it keeps the sun out during those hot Malegaon afternoons. Being in the 423203 area means we are close to other businesses, which is handy. Hakeem Texcon isn't a massive corporation with hundreds of offices. It’s just this one spot. We've got a small team and we all know each other well. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of stuff coming in, but we manage. The street outside can get pretty busy with traffic, so it’s never truly quiet, but we don’t mind. We’ve been at this plot for some time and it feels like home now. We don't spend money on big advertisements or anything like that. People usually find us by word of mouth or by just seeing the sign in Golden Nagar. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it works for us. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized without making things overly complicated for anyone involved.
