Grape City Hospitals is located right in the Pyramid Arcade over in Racca Colony. It’s on Sharanpur Road, which is a pretty busy and loud part of town most of the time. We’ve got our hospital set up here to take care of the folks in the colony and the surrounding neighborhoods. It’s a private setup, so we try to keep things moving efficiently, but as everyone knows, hospitals are always unpredictable. One minute it’s quiet and we’re just filing papers or cleaning the counters, and the next, three people walk in needing immediate help. We aren't a massive complex with twenty different buildings to get lost in. We are more contained within the arcade itself. We’ve got our beds, our medical gear, and a team that’s been working together for a long time now. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, but we always manage to get things done somehow. We don’t use those corporate scripts or fancy language when we talk to our patients. We just tell it like it is. If you need a specific test, we run it. If you need to stay overnight for observation, we find you a bed. It’s practical, down-to-earth medical work. Being near Sharanpur Road means we see a lot of life passing by the windows every day. We like being part of the Racca Colony community. It feels like we are actually helping our neighbors get better. We keep the place as neat as possible, though with all the activity, there’s always something that needs to be fixed. It’s just how Grape City operates—nothing too fancy, just honest healthcare for people who live around here.
