Godamai Multicity Nidhi Limited

We run Godamai Multicity Nidhi Limited over in Nashik. Our office is set up in a row house, specifically Rh.5 at Saniket Heights in the Jadhavsankul area of Kamatwade. It’s a nice part of town, mostly residential and quiet enough for us to get our work done. The office feels more like a home than a business place, which we think is a good thing. We have some basic furniture, a few fans to keep the air moving, and a computer for the records. Nashik is a big city, but our focus is strictly on the people living in and around Kamatwade. We help them with small-scale savings and some credit options when they have a need. We don't go in for big branding or polished presentations. Our walls are pretty bare, and we usually have some tea cups sitting around on the desks. We talk to our members like friends because that’s mostly what they are. We hear about their daily struggles and their happy news while we count out the cash or fill in the forms. It’s a very grounded way of doing things. We don't use any of those big financial words that nobody understands. We just explain things clearly and simply. Sometimes we get a bit behind on the filing, but we always catch up. It’s a small, local operation that just tries to be useful to the neighborhood.
