Gmp Reels India Private Limited

We are out at Gat No 590/2 on Janori Road. It’s near the 10th mile in Janori, which is part of the Dindori area. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but we like the space we have. The company is Gmp Reels India. As the name says, we focus on making reels. Not the small ones you might think of, but the big industrial ones used for cables and wires. The facility is large and we have a lot of raw materials stacked up outside. The wind blows through the open doors most of the time, which helps with the dust. We have a crew of local workers from the nearby villages. Most of them have been with us since we opened up this spot. We spend the day cutting, welding, and painting. It’s a noisy environment, but you get used to the rhythm of the work. Sometimes the rainy season makes the road a bit difficult to navigate, but we manage. We aren't a high-tech startup. We are just a factory making physical products that people need. There’s a lot of heavy lifting involved and we all go home pretty tired. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably find us on the floor working on a batch of steel reels. It’s straightforward work and we just take it one day at a time without overthinking things.
