Global Enterprises

Our shop is Global Enterprises, and we are situated at Plot No. 41/3 in the MIDC Satpur area. If you’ve ever been through Satpur, you know it’s a big hub for all kinds of industries. We’ve been here for a good bit now. Our daily routine is pretty standard. We get in, check what orders came in, and start working through them. The plot isn't huge, but we make the most of the space we have. We do a lot of small-scale manufacturing and assembly here. It’s not the cleanest work, and you’ll usually find some grease or dust on our clothes by the end of the shift. We have a few machines that have been with us for years, and they still run just fine if you know how to treat them. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. If there's a problem, we just talk it out over a cup of tea. It’s a very local feel. We know the guys at the tea stall and the other owners on the block. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon when we talk to people. We just tell them what we can do and how long it will take. Sometimes we're ahead of schedule, sometimes we're running a bit behind, but we always get it done eventually.
