Garware Industries Limited

Garware Industries Limited is situated over in the MIDC Area of Ambad. Our specific spot is W-42(H), C-18/19. It’s a fairly large space because of the type of industrial work we do here. Ambad is full of factories and warehouses, so we fit right in with the rest of the neighborhood. The facility is usually running in shifts, so there is almost always someone on-site. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a modern tech office. It’s got concrete floors and the sound of heavy equipment is pretty much constant. We have a lot of people working here, and most of us have been around for years. We don't go in for those corporate retreats or fancy slogans you see in magazines. We just focus on the production schedule and making sure the machines are kept in good shape. The canteen is the heart of the place where everyone shares news and complaints about the local cricket scores. It gets dusty and loud, and in the summer, it’s definitely not the coolest place to be. But there is a sense of routine that we all appreciate. We are just a big group of people doing a job in the industrial belt. No more, no less. If you visit, you’ll see we are just focused on the day's output and getting things shipped out on time. It is straightforward work that keeps us busy from morning until night.
