Garuda Community Management Llp is based out in the Igatpuri area of Nashik. We are located at Gut No.55 in Jamunda. It’s a very different vibe out here compared to the crowded streets of Mumbai. We mostly deal with managing local communities and making sure everything is looked after properly. Igatpuri is a quiet place, and we like it that way. Our office isn't very big, but it’s where we coordinate all our maintenance and management tasks. It’s just a small team of us. We spend a lot of our time outdoors, checking on the grounds and talking to the people who live in the communities we manage. We don’t have any slick marketing or high-pressure sales tactics. We just provide a practical service. If a pipe breaks or a gate needs fixing, we’re the ones who get it sorted. We’ve been in this region for a long time, so we understand the local climate and how it affects buildings. Sometimes it’s a lot of work, especially during the monsoon season when things get a bit messy. But we just keep going. We aren’t trying to be a massive company. We just want to do a decent job for our neighbors and keep the local areas looking good. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living and we are glad to do it.
