Our place, Fine Organics Pvt. Ltd., is tucked away at Plot No 149 in the Stice Industrial Area in Musalgaon, Sinnar. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but the industrial area provides the space we need for our operations under the Trichem Chemicals banner. We’ve got a decent-sized plot with enough room for our equipment and the materials we process. Sinnar is known for these types of zones, and we fit right in with the other units nearby. The atmosphere is very focused on production. You won't find any fancy rugs or designer furniture in our office; it’s all metal desks and practical shelving. We spend a lot of our time checking the batches and making sure the organic compounds are being handled the right way. The air has a specific smell to it, not bad, just the smell of work being done. We have a small break area where the guys sit during lunch to eat their tiffins and chat. It’s a regular routine. We start early when the air is still a bit cool and try to get the heavy stuff done before the midday heat hits the corrugated roof. We are just a group of people who know how to handle organics and want to keep the business running smoothly without any unnecessary complications or corporate jargon getting in the way of the job. It works for us and keeps everyone busy.
