Everst Industries is out here in the Nashik district of Maharashtra. Our specific spot is in a part of the district that is more about industry and agriculture than the big city life. The pin code is 423301 if you are trying to find us on a map. We have a fairly large setup here because of the type of manufacturing work we do. It is a lot of physical labor and managing big machines throughout the day. The weather in Nashik can be quite nice, but inside the factory, it is always about the same temperature. We have a small office near the front gate where the administrative stuff happens. We mostly deal with local suppliers and people coming in to pick up orders. There is not a lot of corporate talk around here; we just say what needs to be done and get to it. Sometimes we have a bit of a backlog when a machine breaks down, but that is part of the business. Our team is a mix of people who have been here for years and some newer faces from the town. We do not really have a marketing team or anything like that. Word usually gets around about what we do just by people talking. It is a straightforward life, working the shifts and making sure the quality is decent before anything leaves the yard. We just take it one day at a time.
