Our factory is over at E-22/25 in the MIDC area of Stapur. It’s a pretty large setup because we do a lot of electronic component work here. If you walk through the doors, you'll see rows of people working on assembly lines with small parts. It’s very different from the heavy metal shops nearby because things have to stay much cleaner. Stapur is one of those older industrial areas where everyone kind of knows each other. We’ve got a lot of people who have spent their whole careers here in this building. The shifts are pretty steady. We usually have the morning crew coming in just as the sun is coming up over the hills around Nashik. It’s a lot of repetitive work, looking at circuits and making sure the machines are winding things correctly. We don’t have a big, flashy lobby or anything. It’s mostly just functional space for the production lines and a bit of office space for the paperwork. The tea stall outside the main gate is a popular spot during the afternoon break. People stand around talking about their families or the cricket scores. It’s just a normal place where people come to work and do their jobs. We’ve been part of the landscape here for years, and the building has seen a lot of changes in technology over that time. We keep the machines running and the production moving every single day.
