Empire Spices & Foods Ltd.

We started Empire Spices & Foods from a small space and now we are over at P.L. Apartment in Racca Colony. It’s on Sharanpur Road, which is a busy part of the neighborhood. Even though the name sounds big, we are still very much a local operation at heart. We spend our days making sure the ingredients are right and the packaging is done properly. There is always a smell of something good in the air here. It’s a bit of a mix of an office and a storage space. We have a small team, and everyone knows everyone else’s name. We aren't interested in being some massive food giant. We just like making things that people enjoy eating. Sometimes the machines give us a bit of trouble, but we fix them and keep going. My sister handles the orders while I look after the suppliers. It’s a lot of work, but we like it. We don't do much advertising. People usually hear about us from their neighbors or find our products in the local shops. We keep things pretty simple. If something isn't good enough for our own kitchen, we don't sell it. That's the only rule we really have. It’s a busy life, but we wouldn't want to be doing anything else right now. We hope people keep liking what we make for a long time to come.
