Down in Satpur, at 44/9 in the MIDC area, you will find us at Electro Crimp Contacts (I) Pvt. Ltd. It is a typical industrial setting with a lot of metal and wires everywhere. We spend our time making small parts that most people probably never think about. The machines we use are loud, so we have all learned to speak up or use hand signals when we are on the floor. It is a steady kind of life. We get the raw materials in, process them, and send the finished contacts out to whoever needs them. The MIDC is a big place, and we have been in this specific spot for quite a few years now. Our office is just a small partitioned space where the fan usually rattles a bit. We do not have a website designer or anyone like that, so we just tell it like it is. Some days are busier than others, especially when a big order comes in and we have to stay late. We eat our lunch together in the break area and talk about the news or the weather. It is a group of people who have become like family over time. We are not trying to change the world, just trying to make sure every piece we make is solid. It is practical, everyday work that keeps the lights on. We just keep our heads down and work.
