East-West Seed Knowledge Transfer Foundation

Our foundation is located out on Tembhapuri Road in Narayanpur, specifically at Gut No. 66 in Gangapur. It’s a quiet spot but there is always a lot going on with the seeds and teaching. We spend a lot of our time talking to farmers and showing them different ways to handle their crops. It is pretty hands-on work. You won't find us sitting behind desks much because most of the learning happens right out in the dirt. We’ve noticed that sharing simple techniques can really change how a harvest turns out. It is mostly about the practical side of things, like how to manage soil or which seeds work better in this specific climate. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate and we have to change our plans quickly, which is just part of living and working in a place like this. We aren't trying to be some huge organization; we just want to make sure the information gets to the people who actually need it to make a living. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Some days are long, especially during planting or harvest times, but seeing a farmer get better results makes it worth the effort. If you are ever passing through Narayanpur, you can usually find someone working near the road. We just keep moving forward, one season at a time, trying to share what we know about seeds and growing.
