Mak Elevators Escalators

You can find us at Sunil Towers on the first floor, right on the New Mumbai Agra Road near Hotel Dwarka. It’s a busy area and the traffic outside is always moving. We spend a lot of our time dealing with lifts and the machinery that makes them go up and down. Mak Elevators Escalators isn't a huge operation, just a team of us who know our way around a motor and a control panel. Most days someone is out on a site fixing something that got stuck or just doing the regular checkups that these machines need. The office is where we keep the spare parts and the tools. It can get a bit messy with all the grease and the metal bits lying around. I usually sit at the front and handle the calls when people have an issue with their elevator. It's an important thing to get right because nobody likes taking the stairs when they don't have to. We see a lot of different buildings around here and every one of them has a slightly different setup. It takes some time to learn the quirks of each machine. We don’t have a big fancy showroom, just the workspace and our tools. Sometimes we're working late if a repair takes longer than we thought. It’s just how the job is. We stay focused on the mechanical stuff and making sure the parts fit where they should.
