You can find us on the first floor of the Falak Complex. We are right near the Datta Mandir stop on Nashik Road, which is a pretty good landmark for anyone living around here. The clinic is a straightforward medical office where we see people for all kinds of health issues. I decided to set up on the first floor because it’s a bit quieter than being right on the street level, though you can still hear the buses passing by the stop. We spend our days checking blood pressure, writing prescriptions, and listening to people talk about their aches and pains. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of listening. The space isn't very large, just a waiting area and the consultation room. We keep it simple because that’s what works best for us and the patients. Nashik Road is a busy area, and we get a lot of people stopping in on their way home from work. Sometimes we stay open a bit later if the waiting room is still full. We don’t do any big advertising; word of mouth from the neighbors usually keeps us busy enough. The staff helps me keep track of who’s next and makes sure the medicine cabinet is stocked. It’s just a normal clinic doing normal medical work for the folks around the Datta Mandir area. We focus on the person in front of us and try to give them the time they need.
