Dr Parnerkar Maharaj Memorial Hospital

Dr Parnerkar Maharaj Memorial Hospital is located in Pritam Complex, right along the Mumbai Agra Highway. Being on the highway means we see a lot of travelers as well as local folks from the surrounding areas. The building is a practical one, built to handle different kinds of medical needs. We have the name of the hospital on a sign outside, but it’s gotten a bit faded from the sun and the dust from the road. Inside, it’s a typical hospital environment. There is a reception area where someone is usually sitting to help with registration. We have several rooms for patients and some equipment for basic testing. It is not the most modern place in the world, but it serves its purpose for the people around here. The highway noise is a constant backdrop to our workday. Sometimes we have a lot of people waiting in the halls, and other times it is quiet for a few hours. We don't have a fancy cafeteria, just a place for people to sit and some water. The staff here has been working together for a while, so we know how things run. We don't try to be anything we aren't. It’s a memorial hospital, and we take that seriously by just doing our jobs every day. We handle the paperwork, see the patients, and keep the place going as best as we can.
