The hospital is tucked away in Govind Nagar, specifically at Shriniwas Hospital Chowk No 4. If you are having trouble finding us, we are right behind the Prakash Petrol Pump. You can usually smell the fuel if you stand out back for too long. It is a decent-sized place for this neighborhood. We have been operating out of this building for years. The layout is a bit confusing to some people because we added a few rooms over time. You have to go through a narrow corridor to get to the back wing. I try to keep the floors mopped, but with people coming in from the dusty road, it is a losing battle. We have a small garden in the front, though it is mostly just a few hardy bushes and some weeds these days. Nobody has much time for gardening around here. Inside, the air is usually heavy with the smell of cleaning supplies. We have some wooden benches in the lobby that have been there since we opened. They are sturdy, if a bit hard. Most of the staff has been here for a long time, so we all know how the old generator works when the power cuts out. It’s a bit of a noisy machine, but it gets the job done. We are just a local hospital trying to keep up with the folks in Govind Nagar. It’s nothing fancy, just a place where we do our work.
