Synergy Plastek Industries

Up here in Dindori, Nashik, things are a bit different than the big city. Synergy Plastek Industries is tucked away in this area where there's a lot of space. We spend a lot of time on the floor, making sure the machines are doing what they are supposed to do. Nashik has that specific weather that changes throughout the year, and we feel it all here in the industrial area. The drive out to Dindori is something we’re all used to by now. It’s a lot of work handling plastic materials, and the facility reflects that. It's not a place for suits and ties. We wear work clothes and get our hands dirty. The floors are concrete and there is always something being moved from one side of the building to the other. We started out small and just kept at it. There isn't much around us except other businesses and the open roads of the Dindori region. We stay busy with the orders that come in. Sometimes the power flickers or the rain hits the metal roof so hard you can’t hear yourself think, but we just keep working through it. It’s a practical environment. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or office furniture. As long as the equipment is running and the materials are moving out the door, we are satisfied with how the day went. It is just the way we like to run things here.
