Dhupar Earthmovers & Land Developer

Our shop is located at Shop No-4 in Padmadarshan Plaza. We are right on Gangapur Road in Anandvalli, specifically on the Pipe Line Road Corner. It’s a busy intersection and there is always something going on outside the window. The plaza is an okay building, maybe a bit old now, but it works for what we do. Dealing with earthmovers and land development means we spend a lot of time thinking about dirt and big machines. The office is usually a bit dusty because of all the construction happening nearby. I spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at maps of the area. Gangapur Road has changed so much since I first moved into this shop. There are more cars and new buildings popping up every month. It’s a bit overwhelming sometimes. I usually keep the door open to get some air, even if the noise from the corner is a bit loud. People stop by to ask about plots or just to see what kind of equipment we have available. It’s just me and a couple of other guys mostly. We don’t have a fancy waiting room or anything. If you come by, you’ll probably just find me sitting at my desk with a cup of chai. It’s a straightforward life here at the corner. We just take things one day at a time and see what happens with the land around us.
