Our shop is located at Plot No. F-53 in the MIDC Satpur area. It’s a fairly standard industrial plot, surrounded by other small businesses doing similar kinds of work. The atmosphere in Satpur is always energetic, with a lot of movement and the sound of industry everywhere you go. Inside our space, things are kept simple. We have the equipment we need and not much else. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the windows are usually a bit grimy from the factory air, but that doesn't stop us from getting the work done. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving between the different stations and checking on the progress of various tasks. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have any big mission statements or corporate goals pinned to the walls. We just have a list of what needs to be finished by the end of the week. Most of the people who come by are regulars who know exactly where to find us. We often share a tea with the neighbors or talk about the latest news in the MIDC while we wait for a machine to finish its cycle. It’s a very grounded way of making a living. No frills, no fuss, just the daily grind of running a small enterprise in a busy industrial hub. We keep our heads down and stay busy with the tools.
