Deeba Textiles is situated over at Sanaullah Nagar in Malegaon. Our specific spot is Plot No 38, M-176, which is part of S No 201. It is a typical Malegaon neighborhood with a lot of small businesses and workshops tucked away. Nashik district can be quite a drive from the main city, but this area stays very active. We handle our textile operations right from this location. The building is simple and serves its purpose for storing and sorting through materials. Most of our staff are locals who live nearby and walk to work every day. We don't have a big corporate team, just a handful of us making sure things don't pile up too much. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but that is just part of being in this part of town. We’ve grown accustomed to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The local tea stall is where most of the talk happens during breaks. We focus on the daily tasks at hand without worrying much about fancy titles or long meetings. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do with textiles. If you come by looking for Plot 38, you will see we are just a regular group of people working. There isn't any big sign with lights or anything. We just have the name on the door and get to work as soon as we arrive in the morning. It is an honest living.
