Dattakrupa Clinic

You can find Dattakrupa Clinic at Shop No 16 in the Panini Society. We are on Pathardi Deolali Road in Nashik, tucked away behind the Jupiter Hotel. It is a nice enough neighborhood. Most of the people who come to see us are from the Kundanlal Wasan Nagar area. The clinic is small, just a single unit really. We have a desk at the front and a partitioned area for the examinations. The walls are a bit scuffed from years of people moving around. I remember when we first moved in, the paint was so bright, but now it has faded into a dull cream color. We have a small fan that rattles when it is on the highest setting. It is usually just a couple of us working here. We see a lot of kids with scraped knees or older folks coming in for their blood pressure checks. There is a small sink in the corner that sometimes makes a gurgling noise when the water drains. Outside, the road is usually busy with people heading to and from the hotel or their homes. It is a quiet little operation. We do not do any big advertising; people mostly just hear about us from their neighbors. It feels like a part of the community, which is exactly how we like it. We know the regular patients and their stories. It is a simple life running a clinic in Nashik.
