Sai Events Group

Sai Events Group is based out of Raj Residency in the Hirawadi Panchavati area. Specifically, we are in Flat No. 14, which is part of the New Damodar Nagar development. It is a residential kind of setup, so it feels more like a home than a corporate office. Being near Paras Farsan is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us for the first time. We spend most of our time here planning out the details for different events. It is a space filled with notebooks, calendars, and phones ringing throughout the day. The neighborhood is generally quite lived-in and has a local feel to it. We like being in Hirawadi because it is a familiar place for us. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the flat when we have a lot of stuff stored for an upcoming job, but we manage to keep things moving. We aren't a big agency with a glass storefront; we are just a group of people working out of a residency. It's practical because we can focus on the work without the distractions of a busy main road. Most of our days are spent coordinating with people and making sure the schedules are right. It's a simple way of running things, and it works for us. We have been in this flat for a while and it suits our needs perfectly for the work we do.
