Our Nashik office is located on the 2nd floor of Shree Sai Siddhi Plaza, right on Trimbak Road in Mahatma Nagar. We’re situated between the ITI Signal and ABB Circle, right next to the Indian Oil petrol pump. It’s a busy stretch of road, but it makes us easy to locate for the students who come for our training sessions. At D Source Training And Placement Services, we focus on getting people ready for the workforce. We have a few rooms where we do the teaching and then a small area where we handle the placement side of things. It’s nothing fancy, just desks, chairs, and some computers. We spend our time trying to bridge the gap between what schools teach and what companies actually want. It’s a lot of work, and sometimes it feels like we are constantly playing catch-up with the industry. We aren't a big corporate entity; we're just a local team that knows the Nashik area well. People drop in all the time to ask about courses or if there are any new job openings. We try to keep a relaxed atmosphere, though it gets hectic when a new batch of students finishes their training. We don't have any polished marketing slogans. We just show up every day, do the training, and make calls to local businesses to see who is hiring. It's practical work that helps people in the neighborhood find their way. We just keep at it because we know how much it matters to the folks here.
