Our setup is at RH3, Akash Bung, which is right near the Varad Society in Khutwad Nagar. It’s an interesting spot because Kamatwade has a bit of a neighborhood feel to it. Working out of a bungalow-style building is different from being in a big industrial park. It’s a bit quieter, but we still have a lot to do with the steel business. The roads around here can get a little narrow, but people manage. We have our workspace set up inside, and it feels more like a home than a stiff office. There are trees nearby and you can hear the local sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day. We spend a lot of time tracking shipments and talking to suppliers. It’s not a fancy glass building, and we like it that way. The office is just filled with the usual stuff—computers, some chairs that have seen better days, and plenty of paperwork. Dealing with steel from this part of town means we are tucked away a bit, but we still keep busy. Most of the people who work here are locals from around Nashik. We don't do anything too complicated, just focus on the orders we have and try to keep things organized. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans going full blast while we work through the pile of documents on our desks. It is just a practical place to do business.
